Transparency Real Estate | From Humble Beginnings to DAMAC Agency of the Year

From a small team in Barsha Heights to DAMAC Agency of the Year. How Transparency Estate grew in 18 months, and how KNSY built the systems behind it.

In early 2024, Transparency Real Estate was a team of less than ten people operating out of a small office in Barsha Heights. They had the ambition. They needed the infrastructure to match it.

We came in and built exactly that. A CMS-powered property catalogue website that could scale with their listings, branded collateral that made them look the part, and a suite of materials that gave a growing agency the presence of an established one. Then we stayed. Month after month, continuing to build alongside them as the business grew.

Eighteen months later, Transparency Estate walked on stage and accepted the DAMAC Agency of the Year Award 2025. They have moved into a significantly larger space near Downtown Dubai to accommodate a team that has more than doubled. What started as a small outfit with big plans is now one of the most recognised real estate agencies in the UAE.
